It's not the client's job to know what they want. It's ours.

Almost all our clients are coming from someplace else; disillusioned or confused. They typically say:  'We want to be on social.' 'We want a logo.' 'We want a tagline'. To all 'wants', we ask, why? Why do they think they need social or a site or a TVC? This gets us to their actual problem. Once we collectively agree that this is their problem, only then we work on it. We promise them nothing will change in three weeks. If they expect miracles of growth, we advise them to go to someone else. Yes, we let go of clients. 

We've been incredibly lucky to get a chance to serve and help these brands build their stories over the past years. (Some were clients of Omkar Sane). From naming to brand positioning to identity to content to merchandise, we're so happy to have done so much for so many. Of course, that never stops the next client from asking us, 'Yes, but do you have any work in MY category?'
