Omkar Sane
FOUNDER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Omkar Sane has been an author, screenwriter and writer before he turned entrepreneur. He runs two apps and to run those, he runs Sane Difference. Like the name, he hopes to create a Sane Difference through design, branding, storytelling and mentoring.

DESIGN DIRECTOR
Different paths led Aishwarya to Sane Difference and today, as Design Head, she brings joy, whimsy and logic to her design. She is the intersection of mind and heart, the ideal balance between discipline and fun.
Tanushree Singh
CHIEF OF OPERATIONS
An alum of Warwick Business School, Tanushree was a Lead for Digital Marketing @ ThePrint. She crossed paths with the studio as a client, jamming on ideas and execution. Many chats and ideas later, she joined Sane Difference to run the show!
Avani Phadke

Avani is a Rachana Sansad graduate and is often described by everyone who knows her as ‘chota packet, bada dhamaka’. She is ambitious with her work, not just her lifestyle. She is driven by love for design, not just the brief.

Nimisha Sonkar
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Nimisha studied psychology and design and joined in for a single project. As life would have it, the project didn’t happen but everything else did! She worked till she flew away to Europe to study and dig deeper into discovering herself.
Riya Roy
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Riya had been in a corporate job for over half a decade when she met Sane Difference - as a client! Soon, she jumped ships and sides and exploded creatively - thinking, writing, planning, strategising, brainstorming, brand-building - all in a day’s work. Transforming her days and outlook, she took a bigger leap to become an entrepreneur and started her own content studio.
Radhika Nath
COPYWRITER
Radhika had written so much on social media that she started believing she wasn’t a writer at all - and at Sane Difference, we changed that. She wrote stories, scripts, brand names, thought of formats, invented IPs. Not just that, she also managed projects and people, changing her worldview on the need to have awkward and honest conversations.
Sania Usmani
MANAGER
Sania started off thinking she is a copywriter but turned out she was more of a content writer. She wanted to do try more things, all of which she did - from strategy to management to finance. As she ran projects, she realised she does that best. Today, she works at Saatchi as a Manager.
Vaanya Bansal
EXPERIMENT (THAT WENT WELL)
Vaanya met Omkar as a student and on a lark asked him if he could help her gain some experience and understanding of an industry she had no idea about. Through Sane Difference, she learned more than she can put in words, it prepared her for life ahead because of it. She started her career at Brand Movers in May 2026.
Saee Kanade

Saee graduated as a designer and then worked as a storywriter, copywriter and manager; learning the tricks of the trade and honing her craft. She flew away to the corporate side of life. Today, she is Sr. Copywriter, Cultfit, Bangalore.
Shamoeeta Mukherjee
A PUNT (THAT HIT HOME)
She started her writing life in communication at Sane Difference working on a social media account, swiftly learning emailers, headlines, websites and content. She moved on to the big bad world of advertising. Today, she is a Creative Lead at Bang in the Middle, Gurgaon.
Jasmine Shah
CO-FOUNDER MENTEE
Jasmine Shah is a Symbiosis graduate who wore many hats - design management by day, finance manager by night, UX-designer by afternoon. Curiousity built this cat and she built the studio’s foundations. She flew away to the USA and works in Austin, Texas today!
