Learn & Earn.
Omkar works in the industry and is a faculty at XIC. As someone at this intersection, he always felt students getting out of the best institutes also are a lot like people who learn driving in a driving school. They have a license. But when they sit in their own car to drive, they realise they know very little, if not nothing. So, Sane Difference is an incubation, a nest, a shelter, whatever one wants to call it. It invests in youngsters who enrich the industry as they grow. Apply. Join. Learn. Earn. Grow. Fly away.
Who is it for?
Learning management can help a writer write better. Learning presentation skills can help a designer sell better. Learning writing can help a strategist plan better. The Learn-&-Earn program is for those who don't want to be boxed in early in life. They want to experiment more, they want to dabble more, wear different hats before choosing one. Sane Difference encourages that, trains in that and of course, pays a regular , respectable salary for that.
